As the owner of Hennessey Construction, Conor leads every project with a hands-on approach and a strong commitment to quality. He takes pride in his craftsmanship and is dedicated to delivering reliable, high-standard work that clients can trust.

James 'Jimmy Buckets' Bonamer
With years of experience in client relations and project planning, Jimmy leads all sales operations alongside Conor at HC. He works directly with homeowners to understand their needs, provide accurate estimates, and ensure every project is set up for success from day one. His focus on clear communication and honest pricing helps everyone around him feel confident in every step of the process.
Foreman
David 'Young Dav' Urse
David manages the crew and directs all daily work on site, ensuring layouts, measurements, and installations are completed accurately and to our quality standards. They keep the project running efficiently and on schedule by coordinating materials, tools, and workflow, while enforcing safety practices and maintaining a clean, organized job site. The Field Foreman also handles real-time problem solving and serves as the on-site point of contact for any immediate questions or updates, making sure every project is completed the right way the first time.

Jeana manages the company’s website and handles client communication, including email inquiries and booking requests. She helps keep things organized and ensures a smooth, responsive experience for clients from the first point of contact.
